Date Night

Justin and I love our date nights :) We usually do the typical dinner and a movie...we're not very creative and tonight was no different! Islands for dinner (don't worry I had the sleek greek salad..only 341 calories) and then we went to the cheap seats and saw how to train a dragon! Super cute movie. Highly recommended. Love you babe! Looking forward to many many more date nights in the future!

last weigh in followed by an eat fest!!!!

We had our last valley's biggest loser weigh in yesterday morning! I've lost a total of 26lbs so far with about 45 more to go...its a good start! We then decided that we would all like to celebrate and reward ourselves with a delicious day of food! We started off at Richie's Diner...Jennifer and I
Some of the team
More of the team!!! Love them!
This was everybody at the beginning of breakfast...I think we ended up with 30 by the end of it :)

They had to take a picture of me enjoying my french toast combo...and you can't forget the bacon!!

Some of our fabulous coaches and mentors!

After breakfast Jennifer and I went to El Torito with my family and then I rounded off the night at Red Robin with the hubby and some friends! I was in a major food coma by the end of the night!

This experience was one of the best in my life and I am sad that it is coming to a close. I am however excited to continue my journey and to see where it takes me! I have met so many wonderful people that have changed me for the better and I can't thank them enough! Can't wait for the Finale next Saturday!

5k Run through the Vineyards

I ran my first ever 5k this past Saturday morning. It was the run through the vineyards in the wine country and let me tell you it was literally a run through the vineyards! Sand, dirt, potholes, wood chips, etc. Probably not the best one to start out on but was still a blast. Being that I had really never actually run longer than a mile consecutively before I was proud of myself for running the whole thing and finishing in 35:39!Jennifer and I before the race

Her cute sister made these signs for us!! So sweet!

The starting line

Coming into the finish line!

My dad and Justin came to mom was in Utah surprising Blair at her cosmetology graduation!! Congrats Blair!!

The Yellin Yellow team...(and a couple of orange)

All of the VBLers who came!!

Overall it was such a great experience and I can't wait to do more. Maybe one on flat ground would be best :)
