You never realize how much you love and appreciate your husband...

until you never see him!!! This whole working from 4:30-1am everyday is killing me!!! I miss him! Why is that we can't be home at the same time!! Hopefully this craziness will end after the holidays!

Where did my voice go?

Well its not quiet all the way gone but its definitely on its way out. This is the first time in my life this has every happened and for those of you who know me know that I like to talk. This stinks! I'm straining myself trying to communicate so that people can hear me. Justin just laughs at me. O well. Hopefully it won't be gone too long!!

Red Shirt and Khaki Pants...

Yup people that's right I got a job at Target!!!!!!! Yay!!!! I am so excited!! I have been looking for work for forever!!! I went in to interview this morning and I interviewed with one lady and she told me to go back and sit down and that she would get me a 2nd interview. So I had another interview. After that he told me that they would like to hire me!!!! I will be working in the women's clothing department which is fine by me because I have experience in that! I just went to take my drug test (fingers crossed haha) and as soon as my background check comes back then I'll be starting orientation! Wish me luck!

I hate being sick...

I started to feel sick on monday night...tuesday morning I woke up with horrendous ear pain so I thought I might have an ear infection so I went to the doctor. I didn't. Just the typical fluid behind the ear drums due to drainage. So needless to say I was just achey all over, my throat was sore, my ears hurt BAD, and I had a bad headache. After two days of rest I am feeling much, much better...this could be however from the fact that I am all drugged up. I was bummed too because I was suppoed to go to Disneyland today. O well. I'm just glad that I was sick before Christmas instead of on Christmas this year!!! Anyways enough of my complaining. Since I was feeling better tonight I went to our Relief Society Whoville Wholiday Whobilation tonight which was way fun. It was nice to meet some more people. Its hard when your the new one but there are about 5 other brand new families so it helps a little bit. We had dinner and a little "grinch" skit and just visited. Our ward seems great and I can't wait to get more involved in it.

O how i love apartment living...

Justin and I got home tonight from our ward Christmas party only to find our upstairs neighbors having a party. Mind you the apartment is the same as ours and they have about 20-30 people in there all smoking and drinking and it sounds like they just keep jumping up and down. Justin went upstairs to ask them to quiet down being that its midnight and it just got worse...so what did we do? we called the police. they came and left and so far its been much quieter. we'll see. we have no problem calling again...

Disneyland for Thanksgiving...

This year my family went to Arizona and we stayed here to be with Justin's family. We had already had a thanksgiving dinner around Jim's funeral when everybody was here so we decided what the heck why not go to Disneyland! It was sort of crowded but we had a great time. It was Justin, Troy, Spencer, Bob, Joyce, and I...here are a few pictures from the day...

I know its early and we haven't even celebrated Thanksgiving yet but we wanted to enjoy the season as long as we could. Our first Christmas as an engaged couple Justin was sick, and our first Christmas as a married couple I woke up with the flu. Soooo I am praying that we both are healthy this year and if not we're getting a jump start at least. Justin likes to put on the star and I don't mind...hes taller ;)

When I put Santa up on the mantel I realized that he was sort of covering Christ which is kind of how Christmas is to most people. Sad...when we get our stockings hes coming down!!!
